This is what i have in my head for what the front cover will look like with the picture. I did this on paint.

DOUBLE PAGE SPREAD:

For my double page spread i am going to include an exclusive interview with Jason one half of my band, band information and pictures. I intend to make the double page spread simple but bold so everything stands out and eye-catching by using the correct images/fonts and colours in the correct places and making sure it all fits together and works well with each other.

This cover page is shown as a suitable and successful cover page because of the clear viewing you get of the main image across the entire page which has great importance in a magazine cover with the headline across the middle of the picture. Also if a third of the magazine is shown on displaying the magazine in a rack, the masthead and price will be completely visible and therefore customers are aware of which magazine it is.

This was my very first sketch of my contents page which has also changed quite alot with my more recent contents page.

This was my very first idea for a front cover design, this is very different from the idea and final piece i have now. For starters i now have a man in the centre of the page.

I have decide to call my magazine EXCLUSIVE because its the first magazine to get exclusive looks at new bands and get the first interviews.

I have decided not to do a couple shoot as my front cover, i have decided just to shoot one of the band members for the front cover because my double page spread is now all about why atmosphere (the band) have broken up as a couple and Exclusive (my magazine) interviews jason to find out if atmosphere as a band is still going to be going strong.
